Ivie is a proven technology leader with over a decade of experience delivering advanced data engineering and analytics solutions in support of critical government missions. Over her career with top contracting firms, she has led initiatives that architect and operationalize secure, scalable, and high-performance data platforms — enabling mission partners to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Her work supports senior leaders across federal organizations in executing complex operations with confidence and precision.
Her expertise spans data engineering, ETL pipeline design, data science, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong record of building enterprise-scale data ecosystems. Ivie has designed and implemented automated data ingestion frameworks, API-driven data integration pipelines, and distributed processing architectures that streamline data flow across hybrid environments. Known for bridging deep technical rigor with clear communication, she ensures that stakeholders at every level can trust and act on their data.
Ivie holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and maintains a high-level security clearance. She is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered for more than a decade with outreach programs in Northern Virginia. Nick is recognized for driving modernization efforts, mentoring engineers, and delivering innovative prototypes that have earned industry recognition. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and maintains a high-level security clearance.
